Honest, knowledgeable, timely and reliable service, and great customer service. They sell great tires too! Norris has serviced and repaired all our vehicles for more than 15 years, including GMC Jimmy and Envoy, Toyota Camry, Nissan Pathfinder, Honda Accord and CRV. We do all our oil changes, tire rotations, brake work and all the other maintenance and repair required for most vehicles. Tyler is the best. He explains problems and recommendations and responds to all questions. He has even provided us service from a distance when out of town emergencies or questions come up. Had to buy tires out of town more than once and Tyler was happy to provide recommendations. Totally trust these guys. When we relocated out of state, Tyler even referred us to a known, reliable shop in our new location. These folks go the extra mile, and they are good at what they do. Highly recommend.

1 star guys...sorry about that. I found the store through reviews but had a bad experience 3 months later. Maybe a bad dad. I'll come soon to fix my tire I bought and let you know for sure how disappointed I was after talking to someone at the phone.

Went to sams club to patch a hole in my tire…they lied and told me that I needed all 4 tires replaced and wouldn’t patch my tire. Went to Norris’s tire repair and he removed the nail in my tire and patched it within 15 minutes for only 16 dollars! Great customer service, honest workers.

Costs were very reasonable and quality work performed quickly. Honest, friendly, and trustworthy. Definitely recommend!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STAR OPTION!! Took a tire with a BAND NEW RIM to them to have the tire mounted and balanced. They did not mount the tire properly and damaged the rim. When we went back to get it fixed the owner was horrible! He cussed at and acted like he wanted to fight my husband. They said they would replace the rim and we are now fighting them on that, a week and a half later.. Supposedly they are ordering from the same place we did, but they got a bad one a week after the issue started and they don’t know when a new one will be there. They claim they are having shipping issues because of COVID, but when I call the place they tell me I can have another one in two days…. Finally I called and said they could just pay for the one we have and call it done and they said ok, but when I get there the owner said he would only pay for the damaged rim if he got it back… The owner argued with me about it and refused to pay for the damaged one, even though he can’t get another one… The owner is RUDE and will no longer be getting any of my business!
