They were able to fit me in and they wait too long considering a few people were in front. One of my tires was slowly losing pressure so I asked for a patch. Not sure if the patch didn’t work or what they did but the same day my tire was flat again so I had to change it to the spare. I also asked them to check on the engine light that was on. They said they would and when my car was ready I asked about it and the person at the counter just said nope nothings written on the report. So I’m not sure if they checked on that either cause the light was still on.

Found a screw in my tire and an hour before they closed on a Friday they took care of it quickly so I could be back on the road for the weekend. Small service for them but made a huge difference to me and I really appreciate it.

Came in to have a slow tire leak diagnosed and they fixed it quickly at a great price. I'm really pleased with this place and will be coming back for other services. I've had poor luck with mechanics in C-U, and I think my luck has finally turned around.

My husband and I were traveling from Indiana to Texas with a camper trailer we just bought. The tires ended up needing changed and we were unfamiliar with the area. Norris was the only place able to help us out. They were very accommodating, positive, and helpful even though switching out our tires was not a simple task due to the nature of the trailer. They went above and beyond to figure it out and get the job done and were not phased by the extra hassle. The guys got us back on the road with great new tires at a great price within an hour and we appreciate them so much.
