I’ve been to Norris Tires twice now. Very professional and fast. I was very happy with the service I received.

Infuriating. Brought my car in for battery issues, next day my traction control & check engine lights are on in addition to a rattling sound. First time I came back they barely looked over anything and just assumed it was an accidental light due to the battery being cleaned. They force turned it off and sent me on my way. The next day, lights are back on and rattling is getting worse. Take it in a THIRD time, they actually do some testing and tell me it's the mass air flow sensor that's kaput and replace it. Turns out they didn't test it thoroughly enough before giving it back to me because the lights are... Back On! Take it in a FOURTH TIME, and they tell me they gave me a bad part (hence the not testing it thoroughly enough) and replace it with a new sensor. Just left from that visit and guess what... lights are back on. I am never, ever going back to this shop. I'm getting this problem diagnosed and fixed elsewhere. I want my $636.82 back Norris Auto.

Very kind and quick! I came in, let them know the issue, and they immediately took it in to assess. It was a nail in one tire and a pinhole in the other- I was able to drive home 30 minutes later. Everyone here is very attentive and caring, would definitely recommend this service center!

I took my car to Norris Tire and Auto for a wheel alignment and a transmission fluid exchange. The alignment was excellent. The transmission service was a problem. I drove the car home and noticed transmission fluid under the car. I thought some fluid might have been spilled during the exchange and cleaned it up as best I could around the bottom of the transmission. The next day I noticed the same issue after driving the car. I opened the hood and there was transmission fluid all over the top of the transmission. It looked like it was blowing out from the overflow tube. I decided to check the level of the fluid. I put the car on stands and removed the fill plug in the transmission. According to the service manual, the correct level of fluid is indicated by a slow trickle. A strong stream means it is overfull. When I removed the plug, the fluid gushed (exploded) out of the transmission. Once complete, I had removed a total of 5 quarts of transmission fluid in excess of the amount it was supposed to have (7 quarts). The technician managed to insert 12 quarts of transmission fluid into a transmission that holds 7 quarts. There was so much excess fluid it was blowing out the overflow tube. If unnoticed, the pressure from that much additional fluid could have easily ruined the transmission in my car. It is inexcusable that the technician never checked the level of the fluid. I could tell by the stickiness of the drain plug that it had not been recently removed. Since removing the excess fluid, I have not had any issues with the transmission. I am thankful to have avoided a disaster.

They got me in the next day for an alignment. It took them less than an hour to get it done. I was impressed with how quickly they completed the job and how thorough they were with explaining what my next steps were for my car. They even offered to give me a ride to/from work.
