Took car there to check my tires. They explained I had to much air in the tires. Thank you

1 star guys...sorry about that. I found the store through reviews but had a bad experience 3 months later. Maybe a bad dad. I'll come soon to fix my tire I bought and let you know for sure how disappointed I was after talking to someone at the phone.

Went to sams club to patch a hole in my tire…they lied and told me that I needed all 4 tires replaced and wouldn’t patch my tire. Went to Norris’s tire repair and he removed the nail in my tire and patched it within 15 minutes for only 16 dollars! Great customer service, honest workers.

Costs were very reasonable and quality work performed quickly. Honest, friendly, and trustworthy. Definitely recommend!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STAR OPTION!! Took a tire with a BAND NEW RIM to them to have the tire mounted and balanced. They did not mount the tire properly and damaged the rim. When we went back to get it fixed the owner was horrible! He cussed at and acted like he wanted to fight my husband. They said they would replace the rim and we are now fighting them on that, a week and a half later.. Supposedly they are ordering from the same place we did, but they got a bad one a week after the issue started and they don’t know when a new one will be there. They claim they are having shipping issues because of COVID, but when I call the place they tell me I can have another one in two days…. Finally I called and said they could just pay for the one we have and call it done and they said ok, but when I get there the owner said he would only pay for the damaged rim if he got it back… The owner argued with me about it and refused to pay for the damaged one, even though he can’t get another one… The owner is RUDE and will no longer be getting any of my business!

I work in town but live out of town. I had a problem with my car, they tested it and determined the alternator was not working. They were able to work it into their schedule by the end of the day so I could still get home that evening. A few weeks later I had an issue with the alternator, it happens, they went out of their way to make sure it was taken care of. Thank you to Tyler and his team.
